We work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible! Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Please note that shipping times may be affected by holidays or carrier delays. The Pink Willow Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered

Online Exclusive Items

These items may arrive separately from the rest of your order and could have different processing and delivery timeframes. You will receive a separate tracking number for these items once they have shipped.
