REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

At The Pink Willow Boutique, we want you to love everything you purchase! If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help.

Exchanges We accept exchanges on most new, unopened, or damaged items within 14 days of purchase for store credit. To be eligible for an exchange, items must:

  • Have original tags attached
  • Be free of stains, odors, or signs of wear
  • Not be a final sale, discounted, or clearance item

Non-Exchangeable Items The following items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned:

  • Discounted or sale items
  • Clearance cosmetics and beauty products
  • Gift cards

How to Request an Exchange To initiate an exchange, email us at thepinkwillowboutique@yahoo.com with the subject line "Exchange – [Your Order Number]". Once approved, ship your item back to us — please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Local Shoppers If you're local, you're welcome to bring your eligible items in store for an exchange for store credit!
